Can I cancel or change my order?
Because all StyleFlip skins are custom-made to order, orders are final once submitted. However, depending on timing, we may offer:
- A file or image replacement
- Store credit for future use
- A refund minus transaction and processing fees (manager approval required)
Please do not place a second order without a credit code.
Can I reorder a previous design?
Yes! If you want the same design as a previous order:
- Purchase the same product again
- Leave the design blank
- Add this note at checkout: “Make like my last order, order #__”
Our designers will recreate the design and send a proof for approval.
Can I reorder with a new design?
Yes. Send us the new image and layout instructions, and we’ll create a proof for approval before printing. Simple design changes are supported.
